“I stopped in today, 9/6/22 for some gas after a Dr appt and was planning on making up the time from missed work. Locked my keys AND phone in the car and was helpless. Vaibhav was working that day, I dont know his last name. How fortunate I was. He offered me his phone while dealing with all the customers in what seemed like a very busy time. I had to make calls to locksmiths, who said they would call back with quotes and home that went unanswered. In my stress, I didnt even think of it, he mentioned a possible spare key which we actually got a year prior. He kept his phone by him for possible return calls. As I stood waiting in the 7-11/mobile feeling like a "misfit" he followed up every so often when his time allowed to make sure I was getting the help I needed. I can not thank him enough for his generosity/empathy. This man NEEDS to be acknowledged. Edit: I didnt mention I was 3 in line, before my incident, and the 1st lady was carded... gentleman in front of me made some "groans" about that... 1st lady looked back, I heard it, and Vaibhav kept his cool... being ever so more polite after he pulled his ID. This guy in front of me was devoided of any possible confrontation by how Vaibhav handled it alone. Please, Please acknowledge this compassionate worker. I WILL be back.”

“I recently purchased my second set of hearing aids. The audiologists are all very nice and professional but I especially like Kari Krause who works out of the Shelby Twp. office at 23 and Dequindre. My first hearing aids were in 2008 and the technology has vastly improved. The aids I purchased 6 weeks ago are Phonak and they recharge overnight so no batteries. I wear them all day and charge when I go to sleep. I wore them for a trial period of 2 weeks and after one week I knew they were the right ones for me. At first they were itchy off and on in one ear but if I just ignored it it went away and after 3 weeks my ears adjusted. There are many aspects that I love including they are so comfortable I have forgotten to remove them before I go to sleep (one time I heard my breathing and wondered what it was!). I have heard soft sounds like the keyboard and mouse click which I never heard before. In a group setting I can hear the people I want to hear and the settings automatically adjust. I think this must be what normal hearing sounds like, they are very realistic without picking up sounds you don't want to hear. Update: I recently purchased another set of hearing aids because the technology has improved in the past 5 years and what a difference these make. The best new accessory allows my TV to stream to the aids so I was able to turn off closed captioning. I could have had the volume on high but the clarity was not there which anyone who has hearing loss can attest to. I can program from my phone and my texts and phone calls come into my ears thru bluetooth. These new generation hearing aids are remarkable.”

“Very nice place. Clean, comfortable and excellent food. Full size coffee/donut/breakfast place. Been here several times and everything is good. I enjoy the white cream filled pastries, my husband prefers fruit. Both are excellent. Good coffee, excellent service. Friendly. The Fat Tuesday sign drew me in today. “If you're like me, taking your car into service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy. I appreciate the service team. Online booking is turn key. I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said no, thinking I had a spare. Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution. Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely. That is customer service! The team at BMW of Rochester Hills recognizes that completing a transaction (be it sales or service) isn't the end but part of the process of building a long term relationship with a customer. They are truly committed to delivering top notch service and genuinely care that your needs are addressed.
