(June 4, 2019, 4:36 pm)After almost 5 years, Budget Blinds of Macomb stood 100% behind their product. We had a motorized blind that stopped working 2 months before the warranty ended. There was no question asked. They shipped a whole new blind and only charged us a modest installation charge. Their customer service staff was easy to work with and we felt like they went out of their way to keep us happy.
