She is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products that Genisys offers. This was my first time using this credit union. I filled out the online application for an auto loan and was called back quickly by Leslie. Leslie was super helpful and upbeat. I was a little nervous about applying for a loan as I’m young. Leslie helped talk me through it. The rates were the best here then I received from two other credit unions. I would highly recommend Leslie, who helped me to get the loan within less then 48 hours. Also, they had nice safety precautions in office to prevent spread of covid. Thanks!

The staff here is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and willing to get the job done. I took out my first automotive loan and the process was super streamlined. Once I gave them the information and paperwork needed they were able to get me approved and on the road in less than two weeks with reasonable APR and terms. The banking and auto-billing makes it so I'll never be late on a payment. Terrie and Kyle made sure everything was ready and I knew everything I needed to about my loan and loan process.
