My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the level of service and knowledge of not just a jewelers, but the counter help as well. You can tell that they take the time to educate their employees. The jewelry is beautiful and unique and one-of-a-kind. We are thoroughly pleased with our purchase, and the work that was done on another ring to correctly size it and rebuild the shank. Highly unlikely I’ll ever go to any other jeweler again.
(October 20, 2022, 9:10 pm)Emily behind the counter, was so easy to talk to and professional and just a breath of fresh air. I was referred over to Atlas - James (Jim) the Jeweler. He recently replaced my heirloom diamond band and did an outstanding job. Picked out perfect setting (because I had no idea what I wanted) and it came out perfect! I couldn't be more satisfied!! Atlas / Jim is honest, they offer great prices and they are just so professional and friendly. Go see Jim for all your jewelry needs, he really knows his stuff & will do a beautiful job.
(October 1, 2022, 10:28 am)All I could say when I picked up my jewelry repair was “WOW”! I brought my grandmother’s gold ring ,which is over 80 years old, in for repair. The ring had intricate braiding that was broken. It had been repaired years ago but not very well. The ring that I got back is absolutely perfect and stunning! It looks brand new! I am so pleased with the quality of work, the friendliness of the staff and the prompt service I received. Would recommend Atlas to all my friends and family!
(August 5, 2022, 5:07 pm)My husband purchased my wedding ring from Atlas. He had my ring custom made and it is gorgeous! I couldn’t have picked a better ring. I love it. We have always had great service when we go in for cleanings! This last time I had some prongs and stones that were loose- James came and explained everything to me and told me it would be done in a week. Two days later I got a call that it was ready. When I picked it up it was sparkling clean and looked like a brand new ring!! Thank you James and Atlas Jewelers for another great experience!
(June 28, 2022, 3:52 pm)I would recommend this company to Everyone!! I had a special urn necklace made they keep me in the loop every step of the way. They provided pictures and emails of the process. They made sure you where a part of the specical experience! Mark is very passionate at what he does, he was AMAZING and I could tell he puts his heart and soul into what he is working on!! This process was extremely hard on me emotionally, however Mark helped me feel at ease!! I will be getting another urn necklace for my six year old daughter soon. This is something that will ease the pain of the loss that I had!! Thank you Mark and Atlas for the beautiful jewelry creations!!
