Wow talk about fast professional service! In the middle of making breakfast I hear "mom the basement drain is overflowing" Ugh. My call was answered right away unlike the 2 other places I called. Patrick was in the area and came out and went to work. Clean, polite and very professional. Waterdog's number is now on speed dial. ??

Called for service and he explained to me over the phone how to fix my garbage disposal free of charge. If I ever need plumbing service I will use Water Dogs! Thanks guys for the honesty and help.

So I just called to try to get a rough idea of what my repair was going to cost as I’m considering either having my home warranty cover this or possibly doing the work myself. I explained this clearly in the very beginning of the call. I was quite clear that the likelihood of Waterdogs not getting the job (and of course money) was slim. Twenty five minutes later, this gentleman was still on the phone with me, talking me through the codes and the proper way to repair this myself. He explained what components I would need, why I was having the issue I was and the correct and proper way to do the work. I’m very much capable and have enough experience with home repair to handle the job myself but more importantly, I know enough to say that this guy knows what he is doing and took 25 minutes out of his time to help out for no other reason than the kindness of his heart.

They were able to come out quickly and solve our problem. Courteous, professional, informative and and overall excellent experience. While we only needed them for a quick problem I would definitely reach out to them for any future needs.
