“My experience with Platinum Yacht sales started last year when I was going back and forth trying to decide on a boat they had there. In talking over a period of about a week, plus visiting about three times, I decided to keep shopping. In that time, there was zero pressure. I actually felt like a pain in their neck with my indecisiveness, but they were top-notch throughout. Always friendly and extremely helpful. This year, I returned and I did buy a boat. Billy was beyond awesome with the whole process. From price discussions, boat questions, and my own “OCD” added to it all, I give them all kudos for being so patient. Billy took it all in stride, was quick to respond, was a great liaison between the seller and me, and made it clear in his actions that he wanted everyone to be happy with the deal. Billy worked hard on this deal for all parties involved and he represented both buyer and seller with respect and dignity. On the financial side of things, Karen was quick to answer questions, very forthcoming with info that saved me money on financing and insurance, and was an overall pleasure to deal with. Even now, as the papers are signed and the boat is mine, Billy is still working to tie up a few loose ends for me. I never expect an 11 year old boat to be 100% perfect, but Platinum sales put in the effort to get as close to that as possible. A private party would not have done what Platinum Yacht sales did to help make this deal go smooth and give as much peace of mind a buyer of a pre-owned boat could hope for. I doubt this is the last boat I buy, and I have always preferred to buy from private parties. That said, I will giving Platinum first dibs next time around. Nick Gerace”

“If you make the choice to use an automatic soft cloth car wash, this one does a good job. I made the mistake of asking for a car wash gift card for Christmas. My wife got me one from Superior Shine, which is how I started going here. I don't recommend their gift cards, because they are a poor value. Gift cards can only be used toward full-price services - you can't use them toward a monthly membership. I wound up getting my vehicle washed far less frequently than I usually do, because of this. I used the balance of the gift card today, so when I'm ready for my next wash, I'll get the Extreme monthly package for 1 month. The package includes a spray-on ceramic coating that is noticeably more hydrophobic than a spray-on wax. With multiple applications in late November and early December, my vehicle should be reasonably well-prepared for winter. I don’t wash my car when the temperature is below 32 degrees, because I am concerned that ice crystals may form on the brushes and damage the vehicle finish. Superior Shine has excellent self-serve vacuums that customers can use at no additional charge. Unfortunately, I have only been able to use them once, because they were just installed near the end of summer 2022. Even though the gift card turned out to be a very poor value, I am giving the facility 4 stars, because I think that the Extreme monthly package will be very good value. I hope that I will be able to revise my rating to 5 stars in the future.”

“Are you kidding? This place is fantastic! What great prices and knowledge of cars. I was ready to junk my car until a friend told me to see Rod. I’ve a 2004 Buick Rainier that I just love, and was so upset I may have to get rid of it. Rod opened the hood, started it and knew EXACTLY what the problems were. Next day it was ready and his prices! As an example, my dealership was going to charge me $194 for diagnostics…Rod, $65! I know I would’ve had to fork out a few thousand at least at the dealer for the repairs Rod did for a bit over $500. I’m never using the dealer again. I know, you think auto shops can be a ripoff too and you look at all the reviews. There’s alway someone that gives low ratings. If it matters, I’m the same way and took a chance on my friend’s recommendation and I’m SO happy I did. Thanks Rod & Zaid!”

“After no one could fix my bike this place did! I’ve been out of a bike since covid started. Super affordable and it was fixed on schedule. This repair shop is super busy and that’s because they do good work not try to scam you into buying a new bike like the 3 other shops I went to. Anyone that has left a bad review I find highly questionable. My father has been taking our bikes here forever and I will continue to do so as well.
