Dr. Malouf went above and beyond to make sure I knew that I was in control and that if I ever felt the least bit of pain, he'd stop and numb me more. I think i was asked at least 2 dozen or more times if i was okay during my procedure! Him and his assistant Jennifer me feel like I was the only patient in their schedule. I was surprised at how fast and easy my appointment went. I was given my estimate for my copay ahead of time by Carlene so I don't have to worry about getting a bill later! Thanks Carlene! The process was thoroughly explained before crown prep was started and they made sure to pick the perfect shade for my new crown.
