Kings Arms Apartment staff is outstanding. We met with Christina Kazyaka...she has a wonderful personality and very much knowledgeable about the complex. She thoroughly and walked us thru the contract agreement patiently. Also want to give recognition to other staff members as well....very nice staffing group.

This is one of the best places I have lived been.here 2 years, and let me.twll you service is always on point and done right!shout out too my girl Shawnie and the other ladies who do such a fantastic Job!!!

Love this place...2 years and counting... Maintenance johnny on the spot, quiet and peaceful community and I truthfully have nothing bad to say... This is just a very well managed community

Lived here 10 years, great staff, super fast maintenance (usually within 24 hours), thick walls, very reasonable yearly rent increases, and you can walk to Freedom Hill. It's pretty great. They've always worked through any concerns I've had and accommodated anything I've asked for.

The concerns you have about signing an apartment lease aren't found here. This is a great place to live.
