  Today was my last day of physical therapy for an severe Achilles rupture that was surgically repaired and I am quite satisfied with my rehabilitation experience + the care I received from Joe & Christine Metias. I am so pleased that I did my research for a 5-star, results driven physical therapy center and Premiere Plus Physical Therapy was on the top of the list. Joe & Christine inspired me at each & every visit and Joe gave me the tools, excercises & stretching regimens as well as the emotional motivation to get me back walking again. I came in on crutches & a straight CAM Boot. My leg, ankle, heel & foot were totally immobilzed and had atrophy. During the course of my therapy, I had a physical complication arise & Joe took the interest & time to help me through it while attending to my prescribed Physical Therapy. I was afraid I would never walk again but with Joe Metias, I am stronger & walking!! Every Physical Therapy visit was more challenging than the last, yet fun at the same time. To see progress each week was motivation for me to continue. The facility is clean & comfortable, Joe & Christine are professional, inspirational and caring and I miss them already. They are like family to me. I would recommend Premiere Plus Physical Therapy to anyone looking for TRUE results from an excellent professional. Joe Metias & Christine Metias...you are the best!!

  So glad i went here. After injuring my back i spent months getting worse and worse. Driving, walking, standing and sitting all caused me horrible pain. After just a few visits i was able to control the pain and continue with my regular routine. Just a short time later i am back to my old self. Thank you so much. I cannot recommend this place enough!

  I love my experience at this place. Joe helped me with my neck pain. I love Christine, she’s an angel. This place makes you feel welcome. Thank you for all you’ve done for me

  Joseph Metias is PT and runs the place with his wife. I came here for PT after breaking my foot. I was treated with such kindness from the moment I came in, even when I was just asking questions about the practice. He is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The place is great and they are flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend this place. You get the warm family welcoming vibe—where they actually care about your well being! Five stars
