The owner Brian went above and beyond when it came to helping me get the parts for my generator when I was in a pinch. The power was out in his business due to the storm that took out over 800,000 peoples power in Metro Detroit. He remained open through his normal work day to ensure people like me were helped when they needed it the most. Not to mention all the other business that didn't have power in the area were closed. When I was struggling to get the job done he even helped me over the phone to troubleshoot. He is not only kind, personable and considerate of others.. he knows his shtuff. Great guy and an asset to the community. Thanks a million.
I was having trouble with my cub cadet cc30. I called a few repair shops and was told it would be up to two weeks before the tractor could be picked up and another two weeks if parts were needed. I then called Modern Mower in Sterling Heights. Brian and Dewayne were very professional and responsive. My tractor was picked up the same day and I received a call the very next day letting me know what the problem was and what the cost or repair would be. I could have gotten the tractor back the same day but I was unavailable and it was delivered back the next day. I had a very good and positive experience with Modern Mower and would recommend them to anyone that would need any any repairs on their equipment.
I have a 20 year old Husqvarna zero turn. It needed carb work. I saw the great reviews for Modern Mower and had them pick it up. They made it like new again! Above and beyond with cleaning and working late on Friday night to deliver it back. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Modern mower really helped us out in a bind. They came and picked our John deer up as is wouldn’t start. They took it and serviced it and got it back to us with 2 days! Now is starts right up every time. The staff was polite, very helpful on the phone, and excelled the process for us so we could tend our lawn prior to having out of town guests. Thank you modern mower. You are now our go to for any services we may need in the future!
Modern Mower first impression was fantastic on the phone. They educated me on what would be covered by my warranty and what wouldn't be covered. I called another vendor who confirmed the warranty policy. I decided to go with Modern Mower for their price and great initial customer service.
After meeting in person the customer service was excellent, and the work was done in half the time that was quoted.
I'd come back for any other repairs.
