I have been a resident of Lakeside Terrace since 2009 and even was able to get my mother to sign on in 2011 until her death in January 2023. Overall Lakeside Terrace has been a good place to live. There have been some ups and downs, but overall things have been fine. I want to extend my feedback about the quality of service I have received over the years from the property manager Kristina Simmons. I have know Kristina during my entire time here and she has been most helpful. I fine her to be professional, caring and providing follow through on my maintenance requests. Kristina has been one of the biggest reasons I have stayed at Lakeside Terrace since 2009. I would also like to put in a good word for the other property manager Stacy George who has also been very helpful and supportive during my time here. She is friendly and considerate and has also helped make my time here pleasant. Together these 2 property managers have been an asset to Lakeside Terrace.
Lakeside Terrace has been a great place to move in for my first apartment. Kristina personally helped me with any questions or concerns I’ve had and guided me through the process effectively. I was nervous at first but she made it easy! Plus, any problems I’ve had; AC, electric, or etc.. Kristina responded and took care of it within a few days or less. Great first time renting all-in-all.
Lived here for 5 years and have enjoyed all of them. The neighborhood is well-kept and my neighbors are great (lucky me). Stacey George in the front office is fantastic and has always addressed any concerns I've had. She helped move me in when I first got to Michigan and even gave me some housewarming gifts.
The car ports are adequate.
There's plenty of visitor parking.
All the stores are close by. I can ride my bike to Costco, Meijer, Panda Express, and many other stores.
The apartment was clean when I moved in.
The gym is clean.
There are a lot of geese and ducks though, and some of the traffic on hall road can get loud. However, the traffic is the price to pay for convenience so that's fine.
