Sterling Lake Apartment and Townhomes

This is a gorgeous community with very well maintained grounds and apartment homes. You can tell the staff are proud of where they work and it shows! The ladies in the office ( Virginia and Dee Dee) are friendly and helpful. The Maintenance Supervisor Dan is always eager to help you with whatever issue you have in your home! I highly recommend this community!

I currently rent a townhouse in this community. The townhouse itself is nice! I love having a full basement with washer and dryer already in place. We have had maintenance out for the washer, dishwasher and heater and they fixed things that day, no fuss. The office staff are really nice and easy to get a hold of when you have a question or a problem. We resigned our lease for a third year! All in all, I'm pleased with this place. They have been very understanding and caring during the stay at home time.

I have lived at Sterling Lake Apartments for almost 9 years now. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. I have lived in apartments for 30 years of my life and know the atmosphere well and this is the best place I have lived in that entire time. The maintenance crew is also very good and whenever I have needed something fixed, they were always there in a very timely manner and completed the job in a quality manner. I like what they have done with the pool area to make it comfortable and appealing for everyone, as well as the recent changes to the club house. The apartments are very nice and like the size of the living room and the bedroom is very large as well as the bedroom closets. I have never had any issues with the neighbors and the landscaping is kept up very well. I would definitely recommend this apt complex!!!
