Very good highly recommend anyone Buying a boat to go shop there

As a first time boat owner, I am writing about the great experience I had working with Doug Roosen and the team over at Grand Pointe Marina Harrison Twp. I had looked at a four other boats (at two other marinas) before purchasing my 2009 Bayliner, and what stands out most for me was the friendliness and no pressure to buy as you often see (and I experienced) from other boat stores. Doug took his time answering all my questions making sure I was completely comfortable with the purchase. The whole transaction was flawless and they delivered everything as promised. They earned my business and for that I thank you!

Pretty straightforward transaction and easy team to work with. Still have to make a extra trip back down to pick up the manuals and such that were not in the boat when I picked it up as they don't want to mail them. I also order an additional GPS/Fish finder, they had it shipped directly to my house, but it ended up being the wrong one and it was missing a feature. Quick text to Doug (sales) and Sam from the serivce/parts dept called to confirm what was required to make it right. They tried to reorder the correct one, but it was out of stock, so they ordered upgraded individual parts and had them shipped directly to me with in 3 days.
