Classic Stitch Alterations

This is the second time I’m doing physiotherapy with them. First time was a couple of years ago when I had issues with my knee, and personnel at Benchmark was terrific! I had no doubt were to go when I needed PT again. You guys are great, are doing a very good work and create a very warming environment at the clinic.

I cannot say enough about this group and especially Riyaz. If it wasn't for their knowledge and expertise I would not be able to use my arm. While I have much more work to do, their encouragement has shown me that it is possible. They are extremely kind and positive with bright, cheery smiles and I always feel like I am the most important person in their life at that moment. Highly recommend them for any and all PT needs.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review. From the moment that I walked in to Benchmark I felt very welcome and comfortable. I am a 79 year old woman who just had a total knee replacement. I have had wonderful results which I attribute to the great therapists. I was always treated with kindness and encouragement. They made the therapy fun. I was so pleased with the great progress I made. I was always taken on time for my appointments. I also give a lot of credit to Riaz, the clinic director, who is very competent, engaging and extremely likeable. He did a great job of choosing such wonderful staff. I highly recommend this Benchmark!!!

BenchMark Sugar Hill is a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk through the doors. All the therapists are top-notch and make your therapy both helpful and fun! I had the pleasure of working with both Riyaz and Dutch. They were attentive and knowledgeable of my condition. They are a well-run organization and gave me all the tools I needed to improve my achilles tendinitis. Their facility is fully-equipped, well-maintained and clean. They also offer various modalities including dry needling. Highly recommend this facility!

I spent about 2 months seeing the staff at Benchmark PT Sugar Hill in response to plantar fasciitis pain. Riyaz, Dutch, and Kelsey were so incredibly helpful and responsive to my specific goals. I appreciated that they explained the connection between arch, heel, and calf pain and worked hard to strengthen and repair each area. Each therapist has his/her approach to exercises, so I liked rotating between them each week. What I liked most about this office, though, is how friendly and open the staff are! The therapists are great about making conversation and sharing encouragement at each visit. I felt welcome and valued each time I was there. I highly recommend this office!

Truly a customer service oriented, hard working and honest business professional. Classic Stitch has earned a patron for life.

Alkaida did a phenomenal job altering my dress! She was very professional, timely, and attentive to detail. I called her, along with two other places on October 5th on quick notice for alterations to be made before October 16th and she had the dress ready in three days. The two other venues I called said they wouldn't have been able to have the dress finished until on or after October 22nd. We also needed to make one additional change afterward, in which she had ready two days later with plenty of time before the occasion. I am incredibly happy with her work and will be taking other dresses to her in the future.

This is by far the best alteration shop I have been to. Great servicez quality work and quick turn around. Would highly recommend for any alterations!
