“At first when my love one first arrived at Medilodge it wasn't my first or last choice to have them there. However as my loved one stayed there much longer we got to know some great nurses, nurse aides, house keepers, and etc., who are dedicated to their work and really cares about the residents living there. They work day and night to make sure everyone is taken care of. Staff is really friendly there. Now I can truly say my love one is much more happier, content, and relaxed. Our visits together are always so happy and peaceful. The staff that's been there since my love one has been there and still there...They all deserve the highest paid raise they are allowed to get (Top $).”

“Couple of weeks ago I fell on concrete and got my glasses bent way out of shape. The next morning I went to Miller Optical and asked if I could pay them to make my glasses so I can wear them again. They refused to be paid but they did fix my glasses for which I'm extremely grateful. Actually this happened a couple years ago also. Same situation. Friendly helpful staff”

“I was a rehabilitation patient for nearly a full month. The nursing care staff was so very kind and considerate. They treated me like family. They truly cared that my needs were being met. I'm a senior, therefore their concern, kindness, and follow through was greatly appreciated The cleaning staff kept my room spotless. They were also very kind and spoke to me every day inquiring how I was doing or just saying hello. Before coming to Promedica I was house bond due to my disability. Their daily kindness was so appreciated. Now for the rehabilitation staff: They worked with me 5 days a week. They asked me what I wanted to accomplish and worked with me to reach those goals. When I left, all of my goals had been met. I had regained my quality of life. I left to continue my rehab at home and finally at out patient therapy. But, Promedica prepared me to move on to the other steps. I left feeling secure that I was ready to continue my life with a quality I have not known for several years. I am truly grateful for your help! Thank you!”

“I just had to share my experience for anyone else who maybe in a similar situation. I came here and had to make a very difficult decision but for my health. I was extremely nervous and scared but kept it together. They do inform you otp that the process is long and it is just due to them helping other clients along with them ensuring they have all the necessary information before the procedure. Every member of this staff was sweet, caring, reassuring, informative and walked me through the entire process. My nerves began to calm as the day progressed. All of my questions were answered. I was taken care of and felt safe from the time I walked through the doors until the time I left. They rooms were calming and I didn’t get too much of a hospital vibe. It was more like a safe haven. I appreciate all of the ladies there and the security guard that ensured my safety and walked me through this process. I didn’t know what I would be walking into but I for sure didn’t think the experience would be like this. If you are looking for a location or just a team of people to speak to I would recommend this facility. Even when I got the procedure the ladies in the room held my hand made sure I took deep breaths and ensured me it was over. The Dr was nice and answered all of my questions and unfortunately I don’t remember if I thanked the staff in the room that did the procedure because I was a lil drowsy but if you’re reading this thank you. When I went home I read all of the information and my mind was truly at ease. I appreciate you all for protecting women and women’s rights ♥️♥️”
