Jamie the office coordinator there is very awesome she cares a lot about all of her tenants at Shady Lane and at other parks that are affiliated she goes above and beyond to make sure that people are taken care of with respect and dignity I have known Jamie for seven months and every time There is been a issue when nobody else wanted to help she stepped up to the plate to make sure things were taken care of returning phone calls promptly and making no excuses she is the best office coordinator that I know Again thank you Jamie continue doing a awesome job

It is clear that the change in Owner/Management has been positive. Jamie is doing an excellent job in the office. She is dedicated to knowing the residents and taking care of issues efficiently and with a smile. Mike does a great job as well and makes having maintenance done both quick and painless. He too is personable and kind.

I've been with shadylane sinse 2019 my stay had been great the staff there are so nice and they are very helpful to me if i have any kind of problem I'm about to sign another lease there and hope i have another great year there thank you for being there when i had no place else to go
