Ode Auto Repair and Tire

This is THE BEST, friendliest and caring business I have ever had the pleasure of coming to. These guys always ask how my family is doing. There is a large child friendly waiting area. They understand the stress and difficulties if a family with 6 kids & they have always gotten my van back to me in time for the kids activities. When my husban was hospitalized they were the first to sent flowers & a caring card!
They are trustworrhy: they will always tell you the truth about the repair, have no problem explaining the issue at length with a non-car person & will tell you if your car is just not worth the repairs anymore.
Did I mention they have a rewards program?!
And there is a car rental service right inside the shop! Very decent pricing too!

I had to have my car towed there for a flat tire. Car was left over night. When I called earlier the next morning, they acknowledge my issue and worked out if it could be repaired. Needless to say I had to have my tire replaced and it was very cost effective. Communication was AWESOME !!! Would recommend to others.

After being taken by several auto repair shops I found ODE. I have never been happier with the service that I got at ODE. They did a fantastic job repairing my car after an accident. Paul went out of his way to help me with the payment of my bill and Nathan did a great job explaining what was being done to fix the car, even showed me pictures of what was being done. Overall, I am glad that I found ODE and will continue to have them service my car. ?????

2020 UPDATE I had my oil changed and the tires rotated using a coupon that I got from ODE. They have not changed a bit. I received excellent and courteous service. I tell everyone about ODE and will continue to do so. They're just a fantastic Auto Shop!
