Milco Manufacturing Company

Milco is a great company to work for. They treat their people with dignity and respect, which seems all to rare now days. It's easy to see why many of the guys have been around for 10, 20, even 30+ years. I only left because a once in a lifetime dream job at General Motors fell in my lap. The pay and benefits were competitive. Their double-time policy is amazing. I can say that this was the first time in my life that I gave 2 weeks notice, and helped find my own replacement through my network of friends and tradesmen. No one in leadership or management jeered me, and in fact, wished me well on my new career. Milco was definitely a great experience.

Milco is great company it's been very great awesome any good word that u can say about a company. It's been very good to me for 35 years!! To work at and buy products from. Very great place I recommend to everyone wanting to buy anything in the resistance welding field. Very good core group of hard working people!!

For an Aerospace and Defense manufacturer, quality is key. Milco can and has delivered on-time products with impeccable quality resulting in ease of manufacture flow and completion. We have used many other houses and Milco stands out above them all. Wish we had more work to send them.
