I am so satisfied with the service, professionalism, and timeliness of our interactions with the staff at W/F. I am particularly impressed with the service and friendliness of Sue Joye…. She has a caring attitude and always there greeting us with a smile!

I just want to Thank Sabrina for such and outstanding job! Sabrina went that extra mile for me she was there from the beginning to end making sure everything was done. She kept me informed every step of the way from faxing and receiving from papers Dr’s office. Again Thanks Sabrina job well done. 👍🏽🥰

I would like to recognize Carly. I had custom made orthodics at the Warren location and i cannot say enough about how helpful Carly was. Please recognize her, i had so many questions and she answered them all. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The entire staff was very friendly. I would like to recognize Sue as she was very professional and friendly and answered my questions that I had. This is a very friendly office with a welcomed environment. Thank you all!!

I went into your location in Warren just before closing time. They accommoodated me and never rushed me out. I stayed after closng and the front office treated me so well. I know sometimes at the end of day people just want to go home however, the attitudes were still as positive as the start of the day. Customer service is hard to find these days. I want you to know how much I appreciated the kindness and time they took with me. I will definitely be back.

The W&F Warren location was very helpful and accommodating. I worked directly with the manager, Sue, who was wonderful. I am a medical provider, and she took the time to make sure I wrote the correct order to ensure everything was right for the patient. She even made sure to start preparing the items before the patient arrived to make sure they didn't have to wait too long. I would definitely recommend this W&P location to all my patients!
