“I purchased a Dr Wellness X-10 spa. The hot tub we purchased is just as described. I do wish I would have done a little more research on what time of insulation would be used to build it. We are in Michigan and the manufacturer is in TN, I believe they built it for TN weather, and I should have went with a manufacturer that used more, and better quality insulation. We will have to remove the cabinet with the next drain and insulate it ourselves as it is costing an astronomical amount to run it in the winter months. The insulation used is simply a reflective foam sheet on the inside of the cabinet. The hoses are just bare and there is no other insulation. Be prepared for some delivery challenges as well. With no dealer middleman things got pretty confused. I had a hot tub delivered by the delivery company they work with one late fall afternoon in a snow storm with no chemicals and no cover. You can imagine my anxiety over having my new tub fill with snow and water as temps dropped. Took a few days, but the man I worked with in sales ended up bringing the cover. All in all I can’t give it a terrible review. I enjoy the tub immensely and it works just as it is supposed to.”

“The facility is clean and the staff are masked from the moment you walk in and throughout the duration of the massage. I've had Yoyo a number of times and the massage is always excellent. She's incredibly aware of problem areas and focuses where I hurt most without much, if any instruction (which allows me to relax and fall asleep as I usually do!) The prices are lower than other places and the massage is always better, that's why I end up coming here twice a month!”

They were so considerate and booked me their first appointment of the day, and had me bring him in a separate door to a room right next to the exit when they were ready for him so that his stressors would be minimized. “Called for an emergency appointment in the morning because of severe pain. They got me in same day, and when I arrived early they took me back almost immediately. Everyone was super kind and gentle. I have anxiety every time I go to a dentist no matter the issue. Felt safe and at ease here and my anxiety didn't last long. Dr got me a good plan of attack to get my problem fixed and their fees are more than reasonable. Will recommend this office to everyone I know.
