“This was better than i expected. I just needed a night to sleep peacefully and got just that. The customer service from beginning to end was great. The room was nice in size, clean, and cozy. There was a full kitchen complete with dishware and utensils. There were a few mold spots in the tub. The breakfast was not what I expected though, I thought everything has been returned from Covid days. I didn't care for the egg souffle, the bagel was okay, and the tea options were limited. Most of the options were black tea. I did not visit the pool or the fitness area. The outside grounds were kept very well too. I would recommend this to my clients! As a licensed travel advisor, I enjoy visiting without letting them know I am checking it out to sale!”

“Friendly staff but at the peak of the day it was just 2 people working on the floor for both in store and delivery/mobile pickup orders. They were working quickly and got the job done, but I couldn't help but notice how busy it was! I was offered a free cookie for my wait, which was less than 10 minutes for a mobile pickup. It was delicious!”

“My mom was a resident at The Arbor Inn on two different occasions, and I can say I was pleased with her care both times. She was always treated with respect by the staff. Whenever I visited I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive to my mom, and to the other resident as well. I was always greeted with a smile and hello as well. The staff was always very warm and welcoming, and the residents always looked to be happy and engaged. I found the Arbor Inn to be clean, well taken care, and was always decorated for the holidays, which my mom always enjoyed!”

“A wonderful person saved my spot and I will be updating this asap but Judson now compared to when I first went has progressed ALOT. would recommend (9/21/21) Lost my ability to be seen due to lack of communication, on a waiting list as of right now, Will start off saying, if you have the ability to be seen somehow... I have really loved being at Judson, they have wonderful staff especially their front desk, and in the past their other directors and things, but recently had to deal with ALOT of confusion, losing a therapist again, then never hearing back when I was told I would be called when mine was replaced asked to wait 2 months between visits because it was easier (which is fine once, or as needed), then only finding out a few months after working with my assigned medical professionals to begin going without panic attacks everyday for the first time in over 5 years, that my case was closed without contact, and a very bad explanation (was told that I never returned calls, but that is impossible, also have a family friend who had the same therapist and nurse practitioner, and was replaced, but I never got the call that they did, which is the reason I finally stopped waiting and called, I even went in office to fill out paperwork in between, was, told I was still waiting) I was hoping that I could have this issue solved, but there seems to be no chance, as I have no expected time to return let alone in a timely safe fashion, or way of continuing actually LIVING my new improved life without crippling panic attacks at least once a day. So I have been forced to go on a mad scramble to find a replacement. Wish me luck. If not for this horrible action (some people are less stable than myself and this could end their lives, or ruin them in such profoundly irresponsible and just wrong, I will survive, some I pray for them as I cant be the only one.) I would have written a glowing review with 5/5 stars, only noting the lack of consistent therapists which is out of their control mostly. “I’m asthmatic with terrible allergies and knew the old carpets in my house were a contributing factor. I called the carpet guys and started looking into installing hardwood or laminate. Not something I was thrilled about doing because I hate walking on cold floors. I mentioned it during my in home estimate when I was politely asked to wait a moment while he ran back to his vehicle. He came back with TONS of carpet samples that were allergen friendly! I didn’t know nearly or completely allergen free carpets even existed?! Happy that I could keep my beloved carpets, I started picking away at all the samples. I had a slew of questions and difficulty deciding which carpet I wanted to go with. The salesman was very patient with me and explained everything in great detail. He smiled, answered all my questions and I even went with one of his recommendations. I say this only because I have a very small house and was not a high paying customer. Service you’d expect from someone that was spending a large sum of money with. It’s nice to know there are still good businesses out there. The kind that appreciate each and every customer, from every walk of life.”
