(August 11, 2022, 5:06 pm)I absolutely loved James Petkoff. He kept us informed and was so pleasant to deal with. I have already recommended him to a friend and she spoke with him today and had the same feelings. It’s because of employees like James that we will continue to come back time and time again. I also enjoyed my experience with the woman who has us sign the documents. She was knowledgeable and didn’t push for any extended warranties although she did give me all the information and told me to let her know if I think I might want one. She was also wonderful. Steve was pleasant to talk to as well while waiting for paperwork. This was a wonderful experience.
(April 18, 2022, 11:33 am)They had a full BBQ meal set up for their customers when I went in to have my oil changed. They also had soft drinks and cookies. I've never seen customer service like this before from an auto dealership. Very nice! John from the sales team is a pro and helped me when I originally leased my Equinox.
I recently went in for a service visit and I thought I was going to need a major repair. It was something simple, and they barely charged me anything. I am now recommending their service department to everyone I know because it's hard to find honesty these days.

I drive from Illinois to come here for all of my needs: Sales, Service, Body Shop. They are worth the trip and take very good care of me.
Not many places I can think of that do as good of a job, which is why I have been a faithful customer since 1999.
I recommend them to all of my friends and family around the Midwest!
(August 14, 2020, 9:13 am)I started my experience via text messages. It was my first time leasing a vehicle, my car had been totalled by a deer and I needed a vehicle fast.

Everyone at Heidelbrecht Chevrolet has a pleasant and welcoming demeanor and it’s greatly appreciated. I will continue doing service with this company and location.
