Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Made arrangements for a rental through my insurance company while my vehicle was being repaired. My insurance company made the reservation at the wrong location. The staff at this location were able to find my reservation and upgraded my rental for the hassle. Staff was friendly and vehicle was in good condition. I am happy with the service I received.

I had to get a rental first thing Monday morning and was beyond happy with the service I received. Adam, had everything taken care of and I was able to leave with my rental within minutes. My rental had to be extended through my insurance and when I called to confirm Dylan answered and already knew it was before having to explain the situation. The guys there made everything so easy and we’re very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this shop any time you need a rental!

We used Enterprise after having some previous good experiences. We needed a minivan, but it was not available when we arrived. We were upgraded to a Suburban. Although we were at first not wanting to use that for various reasons, we accepted it, and were quite pleased with the whole experience. We had the car for a week. The rate was fair, the car was excellent for our needs, and we had no issues. The employees were very kind and knowledgeable. All in all a very good experience.
