I initially joined RAW to do a 6 week challenge and haven’t looked back! The experience has proved to provide me a new mindset on exercising as well as eating!!
I joined RAW in September and have had nothing but positive experiences from all the instructors!! The other members are all great to workout with and encouraging you feel like one big family.
The trainers have the knowledge to be able to alter exercises for your abilities which is a huge plus that I hadn’t experienced at other gyms.

Raw Fitness has been wonderful to be a part of. All of the instructors are encouraging, positive and make the classes fun! I have been to both the Washington and Shelby locations and both are awesome! I would definitely recommend.

Don’t think twice come to Raw! Raw’s an awesome place to workout, the trainers are motivating and will modify any/all of the exercises for you if necessary. I had a minor injury but was still able to attend classes with some extra help from the trainers. There’s also apps, emails etc to keep you on track and offer nutrition advice. Walking in the door has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I have never stepped foot in a gym in my life. I always felt it would be intimidating and really not my thing.

In February of this year I decided that I was going to make fitness a priority. Someone I trust recommended RAW and I reached out and made an appointment. Erin made me feel comfortable before I even stepped foot in the gym. RAW was just what I was looking for.

The coaches a very knowledgeable. They meet you right where you are. The clients are friendly, fun, and supportive. Joining RAW is the best decision I have made for my health. I highly recommend this gym!

Best place in town to get a great workout. Their strength training and hit classes are super. Trainers work with you to modify the workout to your needs and capabilities. Don’t let an injury stop you from working out! The trainers are top notch. They are supportive, encouraging and know when to push you in order for you to get a good workout. The atmosphere is very friendly.
