“I was a new patient to Opal Dental Group today, and I have to say that I was incredibly impressed all the way around! I made my new patient appointment online, which was awesome because I find that much mo h more convenient than calling. They sent automated text and voicemail reminders, then an actual human texted and interacted with a confirmation a couple days prior. Unfortunately i had to reschedule due to work, but I did all that via text! They were very nice about it. On the day of the appointment I arrived and was impressed by the beautiful facility. The front desk staff was very friendly and approachable. The new patient registration was done via a tablet It was a very easy process. I was taken back quickly and again I can't say enough about how modern and incredibly clean this facility is. I had a set of magic x-rays, regular x-rays, and 3-D imaging scan of my mouth which was very cool. I'm not going to bore you with details about the exam but I will say I've never had a more thorough dental exam in my life. My dentist was amazing and I felt like I had great care. I'm definitely coming back!”

I fractured my front tooth on Saturday and he met me on Sunday to do a temporary fix so I wouldn’t have to wear a mask during my first week of school. “After 3 years of trying to find a new dental home I came across this office, and while I met one of the staff outside the office, I felt like if she was a part of the office - I would be ok. So I GOOGLED the office and took a chance. Then I met Bianca, so pleasant and polite.. then I met the most awesome dental assistant whose name escapes me at this time of need, but I'm telling you, SHE IS AWESOME … I met Dr. Nicholas and then Courtney!!! My teeth needed a good cleaning (seriously) to remove surface staining and plaque and an exam. The last two places I scheduled a cleaning booked an appointment but nothing was done... just a look-see. Sterling Dental booked my appointment, did my x-rays, did an exam then cleaned my teeth. Feels like I never missed a cleaning!!! I am so happy!! Now on to the next to get some real dental work done. I was skeptical about dentists since the last one I had, did un-necessary work that failed. But in the back of my mind I knew how important a healthy mouth is, especially in relation to your heart!! “Staff and doctor, These people are the best. He removed a lesion i had growing from my lower gum line. It was there for about 25 years and was the size of a big walnut.
