“I was a new patient to Opal Dental Group today, and I have to say that I was incredibly impressed all the way around! I made my new patient appointment online, which was awesome because I find that much mo h more convenient than calling. They sent automated text and voicemail reminders, then an actual human texted and interacted with a confirmation a couple days prior. Unfortunately i had to reschedule due to work, but I did all that via text! They were very nice about it. On the day of the appointment I arrived and was impressed by the beautiful facility. The front desk staff was very friendly and approachable. The new patient registration was done via a tablet It was a very easy process. I was taken back quickly and again I can't say enough about how modern and incredibly clean this facility is. I had a set of magic x-rays, regular x-rays, and 3-D imaging scan of my mouth which was very cool. I'm not going to bore you with details about the exam but I will say I've never had a more thorough dental exam in my life. My dentist was amazing and I felt like I had great care. I'm definitely coming back!”
