“LOVE this gym… well stocked for every fitness level. The staff is super friendly, the equipment clean, organized, and well maintained. The trainers are very knowledgeable and professional. Having significant osteoarthritis, Billy has developed knee-friendly work outs for me, He pushes me/encourages me when I really need it. Most importantly, he’s taught me how to modify exercises to avoid injury while maintaining the effectiveness of the exercise. I know my way around a gym now and know how to weight train properly. I am truly grateful. One of the things I love most about Powerhouse Fraser is the atmosphere - the members are so very friendly but very respectful of your space - never rushing you to complete a set or give up a piece of equipment. The owner John is “present” and knows everyone by name. They also offer a variety of group fitness classes… try out this gym, you won’t be disappointed.”

They would call you back into a room and you would wait for 20 or so minutes until the doctor saw came in. Willow is awesome, the doctor has seen us within five minutes of going back to an exam room. “Best falafel wrap I have had in a long while. It was not over cooked, oily or crunchy. This wrap was far from the "sawdust sandwich" most meat eaters deplore. The fresh lettuce, onions, and tomatoes wrapped so well makes me suspect the chef might even eat these themself. The service was very good, they accommodated our party of eight very well. Everyone was happy with their lunch.”
