The Orchards MHC

In early 2022 I was in search of a home and community where I could begin my planning for retirement near my children and grandchildren. When I first viewed Orchards for consideration of buying a home, I was pleased with what I saw and heard about the community.
I purchased a home and have not regretted it. The staff has been very nice during my interactions with them. The community grounds and buildings are very well taken care of and it is obvious the crew takes pride in their work. Being a gated community definitely allows the residents to feel safer. Looking forward to many relaxing years.

I am just moving into The Orchards and am so glad that I chose to move here. My neighbors are fabulous, very friendly and helpful. Jay was wonderful to work with in chosing my home. Kathy was very helpful on moving in. So happy to be here.

My mom bought a home in The Orchards. The community is beautiful - so much thought went into the landscaping. They have a combination of Flowering Pear tree's that bloom in the spring and also Maple trees that are beautiful in the fall. The community is very well maintained, it always looks tidy when I m there. There is a really fabulous community room and a pool. The community is quiet and gated for protection. My mom has been very happy there.

The staff and neighbors are wonderful. The community is safe and quiet. Jeanette keeps the residents safe by making sure the rules are followed by all residents and visitors. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.
