Great. They got my moms dog in same day i called . And where so nice. My mom is 87 years / her dog 15 years old , thats 105 dog years . ALL GOOD they are still together ❤

There isn't a better vet in the world. I seriously can't recommend them enough. They took the extra time to explain every detail of her procedure/testing, to explain potential outcomes or results, and what the next steps would be. During COVID, a lot of vets have to restrict human entry which is super nerve-wracking for the humans but also for the pets! I never felt like my dog was upset during her visit.

Shockingly, my dog came out HAPPY. She didn't look stressed or nervous at all. I came here for a semi-emergency when the local animal hospital couldn't get me in... I don't think I'll ever go back! I used to tell people my dog hated the vet, because when she would come back she'd be visibly stressed out. I don't think that's going to be the case anymore.

They seriously took the time to get to know my dog and help her feel safe. That to me is worth more than anything. My dog is my child in my eyes. I love her more than most things on this earth. Going the extra mile to make her happy, makes ME happy.

Aside from that, the pricing is extremely fair. They don't hesitate to get you on the line with a vet tech if you need advice, either. Those little details make this place a true gem. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!

Everyone was kind and helpful. They understand that people are concerned about not being able to come into the office with their pet due to COVID and try to keep you and your pet at ease. They communicated with me in a very timely fashion and sent me photos of them with my dog to assure that my pet was being well cared for. Everyone working was pleasant and seemed to LOVE their job.

Growing up with a vet tech, I've always been extremely picky about the veterinary office I take my fur-babies to. My first two experiences with these ladies have been extraordinary. Everyone we've spoken to has been knowledgeable, highly communicative, friendly, and obviously cares genuinely about the animals they serve.

When checking in our pup today, the staff remembered and asked about our kitty who was seen last week. At the end of each visit the doctor (we saw both between the two visits) was phenomenal about answering all of my questions without rush and made recommendations without pressure after explaining options thoroughly. The staff who checked us out was happy to take extra time to compare price variations for several medication options and scenarios, again without rush.

We are glad to have our four-legged-kids in the care of Dundee Veterinary Clinic.

This veterinary clinic is amazing to work with. When I got a puppy I called them right away, while the dogs history was a little unknown, the vet double booked herself to ensure our puppy was in good health. After the first appointment, she even called a few days later to check in! The clinic also has an app for phones to help manage all out your pets medical needs such as requesting appointments and setting reminders about medications. I was also very impressed with the pricing and quality of care. I will definitely not bring my dog anywhere else
