We’ve used this company twice when our power has gone out and generator was not kicking on. They arrived quickly, fixed the problem, and were extremely professional. We only will be using them in the future and I recommend their service to anyone I can.

My power went out while on vacation, and our whole house generator malfunctioned a few hours into the power outage. One call to their office and a tech was on site, and repaired the unit within hours. They didn't haggle about payment or terms up front, and said all they cared about was getting power restored. I had them back for maintenance shortly after, and their pricing was fair and service excellent. Anthony was a life saver, and the folks in the office were kind, understanding and professional. By far the best repair/service experience I've ever had.

We had these guys install a whole house generator and got a service upgrade last year. Their estimate beat two other companies on price, and the other estimates were just for the generator! They did a great job. Our power just went out and the generator came on. The furnace is keeping us warm, the TV is on and the basement sump pump is working. If you want a generator installed, you better contact them early, as it may take a few months. They are very busy.
