Leckler's Inc

This was probably the most pleasant purchase event of my life. The staff at Leckler's are wonderful. I received a reply to an email inquiry minutes after submitting it, even though the shop was closed. During my initial visit I was greeted by Adam and informed him that I had spoken on the telephone with Jae, but Jae was with another customer so Adam stepped right in and answered all of my many questions.
I purchased a new Spartan mower, and every employee that I dealt with was great. They made me feel welcome and upon delivery I was very well informed by the young man that brought the unit. He was a total professional and he knows his stuff.
I want to think each and every one of you for your assistance, wonderful attitudes and willingness to make me a happy customer. I'm glad to be part of the Leckler's family.
I also want to give a special Thank You to Connie. She was able to adjust my delivery to a more suitable date and time. You guys are the best!!!

I work a lot of hours. Many times 7 days per week. So I had no time to get to the store and order the zero turn I wanted to get. I had a day where I knew I had a couple hours to get in and get the process started. That morning I sent a message on facebook to Adam Leckler about a product I was interested in. This was 630 am. I had no expectations of a response that early. I was at work, but Adam replied immediately. I was surprised. In a matter of minutes we had a product selected. I went to the website and filled out a loan application. That was done in a matter of minutes also. I had a done deal by 730 am and hadn't even stepped foot in the store. I trust Adam because I have done business with him in the past and he has earned that trust. They prepped my machine before I got there. His staff was great. I signed a paper or two and they had it in my yard shortly thereafter. Great experience and very convenient for me. Way more than I anticipated. I highly recommend Lecklers. I have chain saws, weed whackers, tractor and supplies and now a zero turn mower from them. Never been disappointed.

Adam and his team was able to find me a mower at a very reasonable price when I was in a jam. I cannot recommend he and his team enough. They were quick to respond on multiple occasions when I had questions. And they bent over backwards to get it delivered very quickly. Jeremy who delivered the mower gave me a quick rundown of all that I needed to know to hit the ground running/mowing! The best service that I have ever experienced in any sales business. Don’t hesitate to give them your business!

We were looking high and low for a zero turn for our large yard. It seemed like the places closer to us had limited availability. Which I understand a lot of that is out of their control. We just didn't want to buy some huge 50+ inch machine. My husband remember Lecklers from when he lived that way. It was a long drive but well worth it. Before we went my husband had an idea to email a couple more businesses to try and get a quote before driving anywhere. Adam got back next day with an actual price. It was a good hour away but well worth it. The showroom is a great deal larger than any ones we saw. There were also lots of smaller machines, in great variety, like chainsaws we hadn't seen elsewhere. Even hats! Looks as though they have a service department too which is good to know. We bought the machine for the price quoted no problem, had it delivered in less than two weeks. Very happy, works great, happy with the price.
