Casey was absolutely amazing. He explained several scenarios of what was wrong with my dreaded Hemi tick on my Ram 1500 and even saved my broken parts to explain the malfunction when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Very honest and reasonably priced. Will undoubtedly use again!

We have taken a couple vehicles to Paul’s and have been very happy with their professionalism and quality of work.

Most recently, there was a problem after we had the work done. It wasn’t their fault, just a bi-product of the work being done and poorly designed connections by Ford. The truck was stuck at our house and after calling Paul’s they responded quickly, came and picked up the truck, fixed the problem and returned it to our home.

We couldn’t be happier with the service and the fact that they stand behind their work.
