(October 5, 2021, 12:55 am)When this bank was Monroe Bank and Trust it was awful. Now that First Merchants has taken over it’s been great. Easy to work with, online website works well and as always the people working at the Milan, Mi branch are amazing.
(November 29, 2019, 8:09 am)This is an awesome bank! The tellers are very personable, they care about you and will try to help you in any way they can. I've had issues a few banks and this one beats even my high expectations, so I don't understand how it gets such bad reviews but I cannot disagree more. It's even good after the transition. A+
