Dynamic Drains Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

My wife and I just moved to Milan and had a plumbing issue. Some friends of ours referred us to Dynamic Drains and I have to say they are fantastic. Very timely, great communication, and very knowledgeable. As someone that has zero experience in plumbing Brian explained things really well. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Brian and Chris for coming out so quickly and keeping us informed about the pipes in our home! Y’all rock! Highly recommended!

The plumber (Caleb) that showed up was timely and extremely efficient. Caleb was knowledgeable about the plumbing of my house, given the structural age and what could be causing the back up. He quickly and efficiently fixed the problem, scoped the pipes and provided video coverage of the work.

The kind of work performed and the knowledge shared gave me so much confidence and trust in this group. I will not only recommended Caleb but have them(Dynamic Drains) on speed dial for all the future jobs.

Their customer care support staff were very nice and polite and diligently worked hard to get me scheduled. I wish they had after hour or emergency service availability. 10/10 would recommend.

Dynamic Drain continues to be our go to company for all of our plumbing needs. They helped us considerably with a major plumbing issue during the height of the pandemic, and are incredibly professional and easy to work with. Their response time is very quick and they are excellent at troubleshooting and coming up with a sound plan for repairs and modernization. Important for every home, especially 150 year old ones.

Caleb was prompt, and very friendly. He was able to see and repair the hard-to-get-to leak on our main water line coming into the house, and installed new shut off valves to make turning the water off much easier in the future. He also removed (& took away!) the obsolete water softener that we’ve wanted to get rid of since we moved into the house. He made sure everything was satisfactory before he left our house. Overall, a very good experience with Dynamic Drains.
