We always saw the great puns out front and it's what drove us into the store when looking for our new mattress and frame. We were helped by Bill, and he did a great job walking us through, giving us information and then letting us browse until we were ready. Initially the mattress we wanted wasn't in store but Bill was able to track one down for us and get us out of there quick and easy. Would definitely recommend to others they shop here!

Bill at American Freight is amazing! His customer service is impeccable. I drove an hour to make a purchase at his store because he was so kind and courteous over the phone. I called other AF stores, but I didn’t get the warm welcomed experience I received with Bill. I am definitely a repeat customer for sure!

We dealt with Bill - he was very accommodating and helpful. I had a mattress in mind and he showed us that one & then showed us 3 others so we could try all levels of comfort. Ended up going with a mattress he recommended and couldn’t be happier. Quick, efficient and fair priced. He took the time to explain the warranty and got us everything we needed. Neighborhood can get a bit crowded during better weather. But coming here with assigned parking and amazing front desk staff ( You rock Nicole B! ) makes it easy to escape from it all. With everything in walking distance and an amazing view how could you go wrong.
