I participated as a sponsor at a small conference at this hotel and found the staff incredibly pleasant and helpful. From the front desk staff to the food service staff and the maintenance team, all were quick to respond and with a smile. Made for a very nice conference.

Very friendly staff. Good having the bedroom separate from a good size lounge area. Very handy to the Kentucky Horse Park and an easy drive for someone use to driving on the other side of the road, it was very straight forward. No evening dinning was available when we were there, but am excellent breakfast.

I called up this morning. I broke my wife”s glass coffee table top. They told me they can help. I came in and they replaced new in 20 minutes fits perfect. Price was very reasonable. Staff is very knowledgeable. I thank you for saving my Christmas this year. I will be recommending this business to anyone who needs glass repair.

I ordered two replacement pieces of glass - one for a table top and the other for an old machine. Both pieces of glass were cut and ready the next day! Excellent service and very fair prices!

Clean and friendly

Needed a single 1/4" pane for a rush job on an antique interior window. They cut it in 5 minutes while I waited. Price was super cheap. Service was great. Found my glass supplier!
