I’ve been working with another service for the past 5 years with repeating problems. I decided I needed a second opinion and assessment about what was going on and causing the nagging repeating issues at my property in the City of Monroe. Jason and Mike showed up and listened to my full account of the problem and then went to work. As they worked they described what they were doing and why, and provided insights into the conditions that were creating my problems. They also were able to tell me why the other service was not handling the problems effectively. When they described what they thought the other service was doing and why it was not resolving the issues, it matched perfectly what I had observed the other service doing.
This level of experience and know how will pay dividends in the long term relationship I now intend to have with Mike’s Sewer Service.
