Karen is very knowledgeable and the best!!!! She has never steered us wrong in our home purchases and always looks out for things other realtors miss. I sent my dad to her to have his home sold in Milan. She told him what a realistic listing and selling price was for his house to sell it in a reasonable amount of time. He chose to go with a different realtor that wanted to list the house for a higher price. It sat on the market for 6 months before eventually selling for the same exact price Karen told him it would likely sell for months earlier.
