“Brought my Tahoe into the service department to have them take a look at why my check engine light and stability track light where on. I had no appointment, thought I would take a chance. Glad I did . Spoke with Gavin Riegsecker and he came out to the car , asked me to pull in and he put a diagnostic tool on and said everything was lighting up. Gavin suggested that I leave the car overnight and he would have the mechanic look at in the morning and call me. Gavin called me the next morning just like he said. Found out a squirrel had chewed through the ignition coil wiring. I approved the repairs and also had the dealership do a tuneup and other minor items. Received a call late that afternoon. My vehicle was completed! I couldn’t believe the fast service. I would like to also thank the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. His name is Josh Halsey. I don’t think the mechanics get enough credit when a job has been done so well and in a timely fashion. Almost forgot, thank you to Brandon as well for the ride home that day. It was a pleasure talking to you. Your dealership was one of the best I have ever dealt with.”

There are usually around 2,000 dealerships attending and with another 1,000 on line, they have the buyers. Offering close to 4 000 vehicles in 18 lanes per week is no easy task, but the employees at Manheim Detroit, Mandy and her staff "Get it Done"..! The pictures don't do Manheim Detroit justice. “Whoever the young man in pharmacy is - he needs a raise. I have been in tears trying to get antibiotics for my daughter because Walgreens closed early for an emergency we didn’t know about before we had her prescription sent. The urgent care we went too wouldn’t answer the phone or the door at 7:58 to help send it elsewhere and she’s been crying in pain for about 4 hours (tylenol and motrin aren’t even helping). He was the only one who was incredibly nice and showed concern and care. We will definitely be going to the kroger pharmacy from now on. Thank you.”

“I’ve never had to use a tow company before. After I was in a major car accident they were extremely helpful in not only giving me information on where and how to get to my car so I could clean it out but they also asked how I was after the car accident! Once I got there to clean my car out the guy was super helpful and friendly, he got my trunk open for me when it was stuck shut due to the electrical box being damaged in the accident and I couldn’t figure out how to get it open. I hope I never have to use a tow company again but if I do rockwood towing would definitely be one I would call! :) Thanks guys!”
