I have had the absolute most positive experience with Camden, my move in was fast and very easy. The apartment was spotless and smelled clean upon move in. The staff has been wonderful, super friendly and helpful, they never seem annoyed with me when I have a million questions to ask. Overall I would recommend Camden to anyone looking for a good quality place to live I think the staff here actually cares about YOUR comfort and happiness and it really shows they go above and beyond!

I recently signed a lease with Camden Lansdowne. Brandon Minor helped me from the beginning of the process to include my initial tour. I sincerely thank Brandon for his friendly demeanor and thorough tour of the property. I visited four additional properties in the area, the same day, all with similar amenities and pricing. The deciding factor was Brandon's professional and welcoming manner. He took his time in showing me all the wonderful amenities and available apartments. From the initial tour to move in day, the staff at Camden Landsdowne have been nothing but supportive, informative, helpful and friendly. I really appreciate how Camden is upfront about their amenities and utility charges.
There have been no surprises. I absolutely love my new apartment and am pleased with the overall value - the fitness center is absolutely AWESOME! A big thank you to all of the front office staff who went out of their way to make moving as seamless as possible.

I’ve lived at Camden Lansdowne twice now. First time was for 3 years and I plan to stay this time for several years as well. I do love it here. The location is near everything and most of the tenants are pretty friendly. Lots of dogs! There are always going to be things about living in an apartment that are beyond your control but the maintenance staff here is very quick to respond to any issues. They are so nice and professional! I’ve worked with Amir in the office a few times and he has always been very accommodating and extremely helpful. I appreciate him very much. He helped me with a transfer recently and it all went very smooth. I hope he stays at Camden he is a true asset! I would recommend this community.
