Auburn Gate

Auburn Gate has done nothing but disappoint me. As a resident I have had to deal with many complaints that never seemed to get addressed. The doors are propped open during the winter because they can’t shut due to cement rising. We call the office and they say they haven’t heard of the issue when others have called and complained right in front of me. When you move it you’re treated like royalty but wait until you’re all settled in. Please don’t reply leaving a message to call and discuss because nothing will be fixed correctly. Find the root cause as to why these doors don’t shut and correct it. We pay a lot of money to stay at this complex . People that don’t live here don’t need to be seeing open doors. It could be perceived as a security issue.

We just moved out of Auburn Gate and we were sad to leave! We loved our time living there! The complex is very quiet, maintenance was always very friendly and fast, the apartment itself is beautiful and the amenities were amazing. We loved having an on site dog park. Mel and Ebonie in the office were fantastic. Thank you Auburn Gate!

Have lived here for 2.5 years now. Excellent place to live. Great facilities for the price. It is right next to I-75 and takes 35-45 minutes to downtown Detroit, depending on traffic.

The staff is very helpful, especially Sarah, and responds quickly to any issues.

I worked with Mel throughout my move-in and she was awesome. Always got back with me very fast and was helpful with all my questions! Auburn gate is a great community to live in.

I love it here. You have a great staff (both the leasing office and maintenance department). Everybody is always friendly and prompt. So happy I live here. :)
