The store and staff itself are wonderful, the look of this store is always so bright and clean. I've dealt with the same lovely pink haired girl each time I've been here and she is always a doll.

I just wish the prices reflected the quality of the clothing more. It looks lovely, but I've had multiple different pieces end up damanged after only wearing them once. They were always so helpful exchanging them out but that screams quality issues to me.

Clothing is expensive, but watch for the sales, especially online! Great styles and fit for plus size women. It's the only place i can find decent jeans!

The location is nice. Workers are awesome and welcoming. It'd be a pleasure to shop there again.

Love love love torrid. Especially love that when they clearance stuff, it's actually marked down unlike other places that like to say clearance and it's like 1 dollar off. Also, thank you for making trendy plus size clothes. Those are hard to find.

Excellent customer service when I went. My boyfriend went last week by himself and they helped him a lot as well. Great clothes selection.
