I researched the heck out of Infrared Saunas. The internet is full of "misinformation" for IR Saunas. I watched 100+ Youtube videos and after months of research I ended up with Sunlighten. Early on in my research i kept coming up with the same conclusion: Sunlighten. My only issue at the time was price. But now that I have my 2 person Mbelieve unit, the price issue is clearly irrelevant! Sunlighten products are so far ahead of the competition that it isn't even close. The knowledge of the people I dealt with was benchmark. For sales I dealt with Stacy S. Stacy answered everything and overcame any objection i had. When I set up my sauna I had some technical questions and slight issues with the Android Tablet that came with my unit. A gentleman named Nick took care of all my questions. In fact he practically held my hand thru the entire programming process. I couldn't be more delighted with my infrared sauna from Sunlighten. The best health choice & purchase I have made this year. I look forward to using my sauna daily!

Customer Service was outstanding!!! Nick helped me over the phone to update my built in TV unit inside of my sauna, by emailing the update file, walking me through installing the update and setting up the remote feature to turn on my sauna away from home! Thanks

Sunlighten saunas are great! Several people in my family own one so I had no need to shop around – I went right to my local Sunlighten Sauna Dealer in Michigan.

I wanted to purchase a sauna and did not know where to start. Dawn spent hours with me explaining the pros and cons and what the differences are with saunas.
