“Exactly what we needed for our visit. Day staff was great. Night staff had the personality of a wet nap and acted like a washcloth and shampoo was coming out of his own paycheck. Called ahead to make sure the pool was open. Hot tub has been closed for months with no re-open in sight. Breakfast was good.”

“I don't write a lot of Reviews but I am a Contractor who works out of Town and stay in a lot of Hotels. I love having Breakfast ready when I get back from Night Shift and it's the only local place to have a decent Hot Breakfast. The Owners are here quite a bit working not just letting the Hotel run down like so many do. Other than needing a few minor upgrades the place is very presentable and the price is fair. If you have a problem they seem to do their best to address it right away. A special shout-out to Stella who always makes Coffee for me and with a Smile on Her Face. Overall a Friendly Staff and Owners. I would recommend to my Friends without hesitation!”

“Wow! what can I say? these guys really helped our church after we encountered a disastrous accident. the insurance fought tooth and nail but Michigan Fire Claims team of adjusters held the line and got the job done! we were able to have our building restored and even got us compensated for cleaning of affected areas in the church. “My Malibu engine light was on showing that my engine power was reduced - speed was dropping as I drove. They were very busy and honest about setting expectations that I might not have any answer or resolution for a few days, but still let me bring the car in right away. Made no promises and still took care of everything within 1 business day. I got calls with updates all throughout the day. Cost was very affordable for their time and work. Found that my car is incorrectly reading my oil levels and taught me how to check my oil levels to be sure in the future rather than pushing any engine repair that wasn't necessarily needed. You can tell Chuck is a dad - after servicing the car, he took the time to make sure I was educated as a driver/car owner to be safe on the road and offered so much knowledge. Will definitely be back here for future car issues. Can't recall the other gentleman's name, but also extremely nice and helpful.”

The guys in the office all gave false stories and and then just wanted to refund my money. Megan found the wheel after some time and was the only transparent honest contact I had during this 3 week time period.”
