  I have been to many cleaners in my life time, and I can say that Douglas cleaners is like a family. They could not be any nicer, or more efficient. The owners are respectful, kind, friendly, accommodating and their work is top notch. Their staff is amazing and I tell everyone I know to go to them. You won't be sorry!

  I noticed a large stain on my pants the night before the wedding. The owner took care of my issue last minute and got all of the stains out of my pants (even ones I didn’t notice). She was extremely accommodating and kept her machines on for me. My family and I have been going here for years and the service is and always has been amazing.

  Douglas Cleaners has the BEST customer service. I have had several dresses, jeans and drapes altered here. Amy is quick in helping to find a solution to my last second alterations. I have been a customer here for 2 years and every time I walk into the door the individuals there, specifically Amy treat every customer with the utmost time and care. The best service is ensured every time. I will definitely be a life-long customer.

  We were recommended to Douglas Cleaners by a good friend. I just used them for the first time to dry clean and steam 2 silk dresses. They did a phenomenal job! I previously took one of the dresses to another dry cleaner in the area to get stains out. They refused to even try to remove the stains. I took it to Douglas, and they were able to get them out! The staff is also very friendly, and they were able to provide a quick turn around since I needed the one dress for a wedding 2 days later. We will definitely be using their services again in the near future.
