(October 19, 2021, 2:22 pm)Really high quality upscale gym with tons of amennities and equipment. The Cold Plunge at the pool is the best part of the gym IMO. For the price though, LifeTime is a better deal.

(June 16, 2021, 7:17 pm)Great facility and really friendly staff. High price but I honestly think that it results in the gym rarely being crowded and never being overcrowded.
In addition I'm usually averse to personal training but David has really augmented my workout routine. Excited to see my next body composition assessment. Love this place
