Excellent Verizon store. Clean and organised. Hani the store manager helped me and took care of all of the issues for me. He went the extra mile to review my Verizon account and fix some issues without even being asked. Very impressed. I really appreciate the great service, and I will refer friends to this store.

Oh my goodness! What an awesome experience at the Verizon Wireless Bloomfield Hills Store (3611 W Maple)! Kevin was my associate on this Sunday afternoon (2/20/2022) and he is superb - hands downs extremely knowledgeable, beyond helpful and the most patient agent. The customer service experience was awesome. In this current climate so many people are inpatient and customer service is lacking at many businesses - but not Kevin’s! Verizon mgmt you have a GREAT employee and Kevin deserves to be recognized for the excellent customer service he provides to all those who patronage this establishment. Great work Kevin and thank you again for your assistance and may you continue to excel in all you do! I will favorite red/white iPhone 7 - but looking forward to my 13 - silver phone!
