I went into AutoZone yesterday for a simple headlight change. I was helped by John. Bought the headlight and it turned out to be the wrong one. “No big deal, let’s get you the right one” John says. By this time the store manager Melissa came in and they both began to help me. I struggled to get the new headlight in and Melissa came out to my car and instructed how to get the bezel clamp off. Due to it being a HID type headlight she told me to make sure not to touch the bulb. She even got all the tools I’d need to do it myself which was a life saver. I got the bulb in and still nothing. I went back inside and got a brand new bulb and still nothing. She did a little research and advised me to check a hidden fuse panel under the hood and that this specific vehicle takes a fuse for each headlight due to it being HID equipped bulbs. I looked and located a blown 20amp fuse. So not only did these two give me every tool I needed, came out and guided me , spent over an hour with me in/out of the store and gave me multiple bulbs w/ballast. They found out that it was a $ 0.11 fuse and it saved $133.00. This is ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service !!! These are incredible humans and extremely good at their job. They are extremely intelligent and very dedicated to making sure the customers are getting the right parts and even going as far as to come out and check progress and help with tools. They saved me hundreds and kept me out of the dealership which would have been even more money. Faith in humanity restored. Go see Melissa and John!

Was checked out the other day by the employee Christian and he was extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning to this location for future car needs.

Melissa and Colt were amazing! I burned up a bearing on my camper and they went out of their way to assist me. They helped find the tools so I could pull the old bearing off of my spindle, they researched parts, they helped troubleshoot small issues, and they even let me pack grease into my bearings inside the store (it was a monsoon outside)! They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get my camper back on the road! Thanks again, you turned a less than ideal situation (camper trouble) into a truly positive experience!

Larry was so helpful, kind and really took the time to go the extra mile to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed! I haven't had such an awesome experience with customer service in quite a while! Definitely will be a return customer!

Went to auto zone and purchased front and rear universal joints for my 1980 Ford f-150, 1/2 tin truck. The sale representative was very nice, friendly, helpful, smart about what I needed. Computer showed 2 different sizes, so he told us to be safe purchase both sizes, for front and rear and whichever doesn't fit, bring back and get refund. My wife kept the receipt and also entered our email address and got a copy of receipt in email. Had absolutely NO problems or issues at all, what so ever returning the extra set. Great customer service skills. Thanks again. Have a merry Christmas and happy holiday season from my family to yours. After seeing doctors for over 4 years for issues with my throat and swallowing, losing 110 lbs, and being sent to a shrink because it "was all stress and anxiety", finally this doctor took the time to listen, took me seriously, asked lots of questions, put a camera down my throat and found the issue. While the diagnosis is very scary and am waiting for surgery next week, he was very honest about what he found, that I needed to be quick in having the procedure, and what I may be facing next. Staff was also extremely professional and helpful.
