Found this company for a relative and had such a great experience that I now work here! Being owned and managed by #Samaritas just makes for a premium quality home care company and a great place to work! I am here because my relative will need care again and I can say with certainty that the caregivers on my roster are ones that can work in my relative's home!
I can never thank the Home Care Assistance Team of Birmingham enough for the wonderful care that they provided to my mom after her knee surgery. The office staff were always communicating with me and the caregiver, Penny was the best. She became a part of the family. My mom was really resistant to care but after Tara came out to my home to talk to her about what they could do for her, she agreed to give it a try. I am very thankful for all they have done for my family and most of all for my mom. She is recovered at 100%. We had both Home Care and Christian Home health. Great coordination of care for daily care and for physical therapy. They really care about the people they serve. Thank YOU!!!
