Actually a great rental company! The staff was helpful. Only downfall Amy is rude..she doesn’t know how to speak to people at all.

I rented a house from them for 3 years in White Lake. My mother got sick and I had to move at the end of my lease or I'd still be there. They were always easy to communicate with and I like that most things can be done electronically. I only had 2 maintenance requests while living there and they were pretty prompt about it. I'd rent from them again if the need arose. There were some charges against my deposit I didn't necessarily agree with buy its kind of nature of the best when renting.doing turns isn't cheap so I get it.

I have rented from Millennium for the last five years. And the experience I've had with them has been great. No problems whatsoever they come when you call for maintenance. Rent is reasonable and they will work with you. The properties are up to date. Customer service has been nice and friendly. I will continue to rent from them.
